Taishan Mountain rises majestically in the center of the province of Shandong. Look to Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius, and is based in Jinan, capital of Shandong. Its main peak at 1 545 m- high, piercing the sky. Since ancient times, is concocted with the other four famous mountains: Huashan, Songshan, Hengshan Hengshan South and North China. The Taishan is called the “first under heaven”
Long ago, the Chinese worshiped Taishan, believing that when it was stable, the four seas surrounding China were not a threat. During the long period of the Qin Dynasty to the Qing emperors went to Taishan to make offerings and celebrate rituals, while ordered to build temples and sculptures, and left numerous inscriptions.
“Only when you crowned Taishan, you know how small the world” is a phrase that left us enduring the Sage Confucius after climbing the mountain, which reinforces much the fame of his seduction.
